Individual Therapy

As a mental health therapist, the foundation of my work is anchored in nurturing a meaningful relationship with you. Cultivating an emotional bond of trust, compassion, care, and respect; agreement on the goals of your therapy; and collaboration on our work together is essential. To begin gracefully redefining ourselves and our lives we must first identify what is no longer working. What if you were willing to explore the infinite possibilities of a renewed foundation being formed?

Together we can tenderly uncover the parts of your life that are not working and empower you to create healthier changes. There is nothing more rewarding than reaching that wonderful moment in therapy when together we discover your renewed life narrative. Living from a place of profound authenticity involves being rooted in your deepest beliefs, values and truth and living a life that is a true reflection of them. Individual therapy can shift the way you see yourself in the world. Within our work together we will explore recurring themes and patterns in your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and life experiences; and provide an emotionally safe environment to work through them. My approach makes use of compassionate, evidence-based therapy to foster awareness, growth, and positive change. These creative moments in our work together are the source of my inspiration.
