Client Information
As part of our commitment to your well-being, we want to ensure you feel fully informed and supported throughout the therapeutic process. Below, you’ll find essential details to help you prepare for and navigate your experience with us.
-
When you’re ready to take the first step, call (984) 484-3225 or contact us to set up an appointment.
An initial consultation will last 60-75 minutes. During this time, we will listen as you explain why you are seeking help. Then we’ll simply talk with you — providing suggestions on how best to handle your particular situation. These conversations are designed to be reassuring, comforting, and above all else, confidential.
We have an electronic client portal that we will use to send you an invitation to provide us with your intake paperwork and contact information. You will also be asked to provide a credit card to process payments through the portal. You can also schedule appointments here and send confidential messages.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC)
For other insurance providers, we are considered out-of-network. While navigating out-of-network benefits can feel overwhelming, we are here to assist you by simplifying the process. We are able to provide a Superbill if you wish to pursue insurance reimbursement.
-
You have the right to understand your fees and to be provided an estimate of total fees. Once you schedule an appointment, this will be provided to you as part of your intake paperwork, and we will discuss any questions you have at the time of service.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and finding the right fit is an essential part of the process. That’s why I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation—a no-pressure opportunity for us to connect.
During this time, we can get to know one another, explore whether we’re the right match for your needs, and discuss how I can support you on your journey. I’m here to answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, my approach, or what working together might look like.
This is your space to feel heard, supported, and valued from the very beginning. Let’s take the first step together toward creating a life defined by hope, resilience, and grace.
